专利说明:

The invention relates to a hinge for doors, windows and similar devices, the hinge wings are attached to the profile frame of the door or the door leaf and are rotatable relative to each other about the axis of a hinge bolt connecting them, the rotation occurring when opening the door the hinge wing is used relative to one another to activate a protection and / or alarm device. The invention also relates to a protection and / or alarm system for buildings and similar systems with doors and windows, the hinges of which are networked with a central protection and / or alarm device.
Hinges of this type are integral parts of protection and alarm systems, which serve to secure buildings and systems against access by unauthorized persons. They are based on the fact that in order to open a door or a window, the hinge wings have to be rotated relative to one another.
Such a hinge is disclosed in EP 1 149 976 A1, in which the hinge pin in one hinge wing is non-rotatable and in the other hinge wing functions as an actuating element of a rotary switch installed there for an electrical protection and / or alarm system. The actuator is therefore a mechanically working member for an electrically operated rotary switch. Such a construction is very complex and its precise adjustment also requires complex mechanics. There is also a risk that an inaccurate setting of the switch will impair the reliability of the protection and / or alarm system.
The invention has for its object to avoid these disadvantages and to create a hinge of the type mentioned, which has the simplest possible means for operating the protective and / or alarm device, which can work reliably and almost without wear, and also are easy to install in existing hinges.
[0005] This object is achieved according to the invention by the features of claim 1.
By providing the hinge with at least one sensor installed in the profile frame of the door or the door leaf, the position of the hinge leaf can be continuously monitored relative to one another in the activated state and, when a rotation of the hinge leaf occurs relative to one another, a signal to the protective and / or alarm device (12) can be transmitted. In this way, extremely secure monitoring against burglaries can be achieved in a simple manner.
In one solution according to the invention, a cable bushing is provided for at least one cable, which is guided through at least one hinge sleeve, the sensor being connected in the hinge for signal transmission at the end of this cable bushing. The sensor is advantageously designed as an accelerometer and arranged in the hinge wing at the door.
The protection and / or alarm system provided with the hinge according to the invention operates without contact and is consequently free of wear. It also works wirelessly thanks to the radio link between the hinge and the protective and / or alarm device. And it also works regardless of the design of the individual hinges, which enables it to be used in systems with different hinge designs. Finally, because of its very simple construction, it is also suitable for subsequent use in existing hinges.
In this sense, it is advantageous if the sensor of the hinge can be installed in a housing that can be easily installed and removed in the door frame. This protects it against external stress. It is expedient if the housing can be inserted into a recess in the door frame profile without the same being significantly changed.
The sensor itself can be executed in different variants depending on the application. In a first variant, it is provided according to the invention that the hinge wing on the door wing side is provided with a pin projecting approximately perpendicular to it, which can be pivoted through a hole in the hinge wing on the door frame side into the interior of the sensor and, in cooperation with it, is effective analogously to the actuator of an electrical switch is. With such an arrangement, the pin can also take on the function of a security means, which prevents the burglar from pushing the door or the window away in the closed state transversely to the longitudinal plane when attempting to break in.
It is also possible to provide a magnet on the pin, with which a magnetic charge is effected when the door is closed or opened.
[0012] In a second variant, the invention provides that a so-called RFID (radio frequency identification) transponder can be used as the sensor. Such elements are known to have the advantage that they are inexpensive and at the same time compact.
For buildings and systems whose doors and windows are provided with hinges constructed according to the invention, the invention provides a protection and / or alarm system, according to which the sensors of all hinges are networked by radio with a central protection and / or alarm device , which receives the signals coming from the individual doors and windows and processes them into corresponding control signals.
Such a system enables comprehensive control and monitoring of the system at any time. For example, according to the invention, it is possible to switch the system on and off using a suitable code via smartphone, and to install an app in the smartphone with which an alarm signal is received if the system registers the risk of a break-in.
There is also the possibility of automatically switching the system on or off in residential and similar buildings when the front door is closed or opened.
In large-scale buildings, it is expedient if the sensors transmit the radio signals generated by them to the protective and / or alarm device via one or more antennas installed in the building.
The invention is explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing. Show it:<tb> Fig. 1 shows a hinge according to the invention in an exploded view;<tb> Fig. 2 <SEP> is a schematic view of a hinged door with a protection and / or alarm system;<tb> Fig. 3 <SEP> a partial longitudinal section of the hinge according to FIG. 2 with a cable bushing; and<tb> Fig. 4 <SEP> an exploded view of the hinge according to FIG. 3.
The hinge 1 shown in Fig. 1 is suitable for use in doors, windows and similar facilities, both in residential buildings and, for example, in commercial systems. The hinge 1 consists of two hinge wings 2 and 3, which are fastened with four screws 4 and 5 to the profile frame 6 and 7 of the door and the door frame and are rotatable relative to one another about the axis of a hinge pin 8 connecting them to one another. The profile frame of the door could be part of the door.
Under the door frame side hinge wing 2, a housing 9 with a sensor 10 is arranged in a recess 11 of the frame profile 6. The sensor 10 serves in the activated state to continuously monitor the position of the hinge wings 2, 3 relative to one another in the normal case in the closed state of the door, and when a rotation of both hinge wings occurs relative to one another a radio signal is sent to a protection and / or alarm device 12 to transfer. He can then signal an attempted break-in or opening of the door by unauthorized personnel.
The housing 9 with the sensor 10 is inserted into the recess 11 of the frame profile 6. Both can therefore be easily installed and removed. This also makes it easy to monitor the sensor 10, for example in order to keep it functional or to adapt it to the respective operating conditions. In the exemplary embodiment described, it works in cooperation with a hinge wing 3 in the door wing-side hinge wing 3 which protrudes approximately perpendicular to it and which can be pivoted into the interior of the sensor 10 through a bore 14 of the hinge wing 2 when the hinge wing 3 is pivoted about the axis of the hinge pin 8. The latter thus works analogously to an electrical switch that reacts to the pivoting in and out of a tilt pin.
[0021] The sensor 10 can be implemented in different variants. Thus, in one possible variant, it is provided that the pin 13 is provided with a magnet, with which the sensor is magnetically charged when the door is closed or opened. In a further variant, a so-called RFID (radio frequency identification) transponder can be used as the sensor, which registers the presence of the pin 13 in the interior of the sensor. Since the operation of the sensor requires relatively little energy, it can be supplied with solar energy in many cases.
In principle, the sensor 10 could also be installed the other way around in the door or window wing-side hinge wing 3 and the pin 13 could also provide a signal to the sensor, or alternatively it could be provided in the hinge wing of the door frame 2.
The sensor 10 is well protected by the encapsulation in the housing 9. It cannot therefore be easily damaged from the outside. The sensor 10 works practically without contact and is therefore largely free of wear. In the variant with the pin 13, this also serves as a security member which is inserted into the bore 14 of the hinge leaf 2 when the door is closed and thus prevents a burglar from pushing the door away transversely to its longitudinal plane when attempting to break in.
In large-scale buildings or similar systems, in which the sensors 10 of the hinges are far apart and / or from the control device 15 interacting with them, radio antennas can be set up for transmitting the warning signals. When the protective and / or alarm device 12 is switched on, the sensors of the hinges networked with it are activated. On the other hand, when the system is switched off, they are fully deactivated to prevent them from giving false warning signals when the house residents are in the house.
Fig. 2 shows schematically a door 6 'and two hinges 29, 30 each with at least two hinge wings 31, 32 for pivoting the door 6' on a profile frame 7. According to the invention is a protection and / or alarm system 12 for this door 6 'is provided, in which at least one hinge 30 is equipped with a sensor 28, which is connected via a cable bushing 11 to the central protection and / or alarm device 12, in which a control device 15, for example a computer in a center, and a device 16 for emitting acoustic and / or light alarm signals is present. With the help of the control unit 15, the protective and / or alarm device 12 can be put into operation or put out of operation.
The hinge 30 is very advantageously equipped with a sensor 28 designed as an accelerometer, which is placed on the door side in the hinge wing 31, but could of course also be arranged elsewhere. This sensor 28 is connected to the electrical cable bushing 11 extending through the hinge 30, such as plugged in, and correspondingly generated signals in it are guided through the cable lines 11 'to the control unit 15. This makes it possible within the scope of the invention that the cable lines 11 ′ can be laid invisibly through the profile frame 7 and through cable ducts or the like up to the control unit 15.
On the hinge wings 31, 32 sockets can be mounted as plug-in elements within the scope of the invention, by means of which the cable bushing 11 can be connected at its cable ends with an extension cable or the like. To make assembly easier, they are installed in firmly positioned support elements. When installed, the plug-in elements are well protected in the cavity of the profile frame.
In residential and similar buildings, the control unit 15 can be constructed such that the protection and / or alarm system can be switched on and off automatically when the door 6 'is closed and opened. The command for this can be carried out, for example, using a suitable code via smartphone. If an appropriate app is installed in the smartphone, the control unit 15 can ensure that an alarm signal is received with the app if the system registers the danger or a burglary has occurred.
With the help of optical or similar displays in the control unit (PC), it is possible at any time to determine whether and if so in which room units the protection and / or alarm system is in operation. And it is then also possible to read on the optical displays which door or which window is sending warning signals.
The device 12 can also take over a protective function with the control unit 15. In this case, the warning signals from the sensors 28 are processed in the control unit in such a way that they pass them on functionally as actuation signals to the protective devices provided on the doors and windows. This can be done, for example, by switching on an indicated video camera 25 with appropriate lighting at the door 6 ', in particular while a break-in is diagnosed.
Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 show the hinge 30 with at least one hinge wing 31, 32 for the component to be assembled, in particular a door or a window, or for the frame, of which the one hinge wing 31 around the at least a hinge pin connecting them to each other is rotatable, which is guided in hinge bushes 33, 34 of the hinge wings 31, 32.
The hinge 30 has a cable bushing 11 for at least one cable with one or more cable lines 11 ', in which the hinge pin is designed as a hinge sleeve 35 and the cable bushing 11 is guided through this hinge sleeve 35.
According to the hinge 30 is equipped with this sensor 28 designed as an accelerometer, which is very advantageously placed in the hinge wing 31 on the door side. This sensor 28 is electrically connected to the cable bushing 11 on its end side, which is not shown in more detail.
As a very advantageous embodiment within the scope of the invention, the cable bushing 11 in the hinge wings 31, 32 is provided with a plug connection 40 within the one hinge sleeve 33, which has a plug part 41 and a plug part 42 which can be connected or detached in the axial direction 6 having. The latter is placed in the projecting hinge sleeve 35, which forms the hinge pin in the lower hinge sleeve 34, in the upper sleeve part thereof, and a plurality of connector pins 42 ', each with a conductor 11' and the other connector part 41, are assigned corresponding plug holes. For example, 8 such plug bolts 42 'can be provided in a conventional arrangement with respect to one another.
Furthermore, the hinge sleeve 35 has approximately in the middle on the outside an annular flange 35 ', which serves for centering and as a washer between the hinge bushes 33, 34. In the hinge sleeve 35 there is also a removable centering sleeve 37, in which the connector part 42 is contained.
In the method for assembling the hinge in a known manner by lowering the component, for example, the door 6 'according to FIG. 2 in which on the at least one protruding hinge pin of the one hinge wing 32, a hinge sleeve 33 receiving the other hinge wing 31 pushed into each other, but when dismantling the hinge wings are pushed apart by lifting the component.
Very advantageously, the hinge sleeve 36 containing a hinge sleeve 33 is inserted into the above hinge sleeve 35, which is designed as a hinge pin, in the other hinge sleeve 34 or vice versa during assembly or is pushed out during dismantling and at the same time is connected to a plug connection 40 provided cable gland 11 automatically inserted when inserted or released by itself when sliding out.
An electrical cable can thus be guided through a hinge in the simplest way, without additional manipulations to the cable having to be carried out when hanging in or removing the door or the window. The plug connection 40 integrated in the hinge 30 is inserted or removed by itself.
Appropriately, when the one is inserted into the other hinge sleeve 35, 36, the hinge sleeves 33, 34 are centered with respect to one another and then in the centered position the plug connection 40 of the at least one cable bushing 11 is plugged together. The hinge wings 31, 32 and the flange 35 'Between them then lie one on top of the other in the assembled state and at least one hinge wing can be pivoted with the door or the like.
For this purpose, the hinge sleeve 36 and the centering sleeve 37 is very advantageously associated with a cooperating centering means which, when one is axially inserted into the other hinge wing 31, 32, brings about alignment in a certain centered position of the two. A centering finger 36 'is formed in the hinge sleeve 36 and an axially extending recess 37' for receiving the finger cam 36 'in the centering sleeve 37 and an all-round guideway 38 which increases on both sides from this recess 37'.
This end face at the centering sleeve 37 allows the guide track 38 that the finger cam 36 'can rest on it except for the recess approximately 360 °. When fitting a door or a window, when the hinge wing 31 is placed on the hinge sleeve 35, this finger cam 36 'will hit the tip of the guideway 38 and the rotationally mounted centering sleeve 37 will rotate as it is lowered further until the finger cam 36' into this recess 37 'engages, and consequently the two connector parts 41, 42 are centered with respect to one another and these are inserted into one another in the predetermined position.
As an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the cable guide 11 is assigned a slip ring 43 arranged in the area of the hinge sleeve 35, by means of which the plug part 42 can rotate as desired within the hinge sleeve 35, this slip ring having a housing being fastened in the hinge sleeve 35 . In principle, however, the cables could be designed in such a way that, as explained above, they would permanently withstand a corresponding bend or torsion and thus such a slip ring could be dispensed with.
One hinge sleeve 36 is in the centering sleeve 37, meanwhile the other hinge sleeve 35 in the hinge sleeve 34 is detachably held in the assembled state in the axial direction by at least one locking means 46.
This locking means 46 are preferably formed by one or more slidable balls in the radial direction.
Within the hinge sleeve 35, a compression spring 45 is positioned with a washer 45 'on which the centering sleeve 37 rests. 3, in which the upper hinge sleeve 33, the flange 35 'and the lower hinge sleeve 33 lie without a distance from one another, this compression spring 45 is compressed. If the upper hinge leaf 31 is now set slightly apart from the lower hinge leaf 31 due to the adjustment of the door in the frame, the compression spring 45 causes the centering sleeve 37 and with it the plug connection 40 as well as the cable guide 11 and the slip ring 43 to be adjusted upward will. The plug connection 40 thus remains in the plugged-in state.
There are also 47 closable openings 48 in the hinge wings by means of covers 47 next to the hinge sleeves 33, 34, which serves for the hidden arrangement of the cable guide 11 in the assembled state. In addition, the hinge sleeves 33, 34 are closed at the ends by means of removable end caps 44.
Of course, the arrangement of the connector 40 and the centering means could be designed differently than illustrated. For example, the centering means on the outside of the hinge bushes could be designed with at least one corresponding centering cam or corresponding recess.
Instead of this in the hinge integrated centering means for the two connector parts could only be a certain predetermined rotational position of the door or window to the frame when inserted in a simpler design, so that the connector parts would be inserted in a certain rotational position to each other.
It could also be provided more than two hinge wings or more than one hinge pin, in which at least one should be designed as a hinge sleeve for the passage of the cable. If there is more than one hinge for a door, a cable bushing according to the invention could be provided in each hinge, the latter also being able to be adapted to the conditions of the construction of the component or the frame.
